Hey, I'm Shaun
I’m the creator of DoseWell, founder of Microdose School, and a writer focused on mental clarity, nervous system health, and the power of small, consistent action.In my younger days I was in sales, then I traded the corporate world for a tool belt—working construction, while trying to repair my own mental health from the ground up.Now I teach structure as medicine. Not the rigid kind, but the kind that meets you where you’re at: seven microdoses a day that retrain your brain without pharmaceuticals or burnout.I built this system to get myself unstuck from severe PTSD. It worked better than anything else I’d tried in 20 years of conventional therapy—so I’m sharing it with the people who might be in the same boat I was in.
